Features

The vessel is built as an ice breaking harbour / escort tug of the ASDT type (Azimuth Stern Drive Tug) for worldwide operation.

Forward: One anchor windlass/towing winch with split drum for two 120 mm ropes. Line pull 30 tonnes and brake holding load 160 tonnes. Amidships: One towing winch with split drum for one 44 mm steel wire and one 120 mm rope. Wire drum fitted with spooling gear. Line pull 30 tonnes and brake holding load 160 tonnes. One tugger winch and one capstan line pull each 10 tonnes. All winches are of electric hydraulic type with local and remote control. One towing hook 60 tonnes SWL.
