	turn-key vessels of different types and hulls up to L x B = 115 x 19,7 m;
	steel blocks, painted and outfitted, 32 x 18 x 14 m and up to 550 tons or bigger if necessary;
	outfitted superstructures.

Steel production output: 40 000 — 50 000 tons per year, depending on product complexity.

“Baltija” Shipbuilding Yard has modern and up-to-date facilities for shipbuilding:

4 plasma cutting machines for plates;
plasma cutting robot for profiles;
micro-panel and panel lines;
bending rollers;
pin-jig fields for curved sections assembling;
all steelwork is done under roof;
3 blasting & painting workshops;
pipe prefabrication & Zn galvanizing workshop;
outfitting components & machining workshop;
1 x 160 t and 1 x 550 t lifting capacity multi-wheel platforms;
trans boarder (800 t) system;
floating dock capacity: 2800 t - launching; 3500 t - lifting.

Separate design engineering company UAB Baltic Engineering Centre which also is a part of Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd., is working in close collaboration with “Baltija” Shipbuilding Yard.
