“Baltija” Shipbuilding Yard, located in Klaipeda, Lithuania is looking for long-term partnership and offers free capacity for building ships and various steel constructions, such as blocks, offshore structures, industrial constructions, superstructures living modules.
In March 2009 “Baltija” Shipbuilding Yard successfully finished project for STX Europe (formerly Aker Yards, Turku). “Baltija” produced steel blocks for two world’s largest cruise ships “Oasis of the Seas” and “Allure of the Seas” which are constructed in accordance with “Genesis” design.
9 June 2010 Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd. A/S has entered into an agreement on the sale of AB “BALTIJOS” LAIVŲ STATYKLA and UAB “BALTIC ENGINEERING CENTRE” (Baltija Shipyard and BEC) to BLRT Grupp AS.
7th of May 2010 “Baltija” Shipbuilding Yard received an order from Danish company SVITZER A/S. According to the agreement “Baltija” Shipbuilding Yard will build two new generation harbour tugs and there is possibility for another two as options.
